FR+ Industrial Folder for High-Quality Automated Folding
The FR+ is a highly programmable flatwork folder designed for automated, high-quality folding of small and large items. It can operate up to three feeding lanes and perform one to three primary folds, plus one to three cross folds, depending on the lane configuration and item size. Advanced touch-screen controls, multi-program operation and durable components ensure precise folding, while automatic thickness adjustments and jam-prevention mechanisms keep operations smooth and reliable. Optional features include multiple stacker orientations and additional folds for large items, making the FR+ a flexible solution for industrial laundry operations.
Special Features
Automatic Thickness Control
A retractable pneumatic roller works with a mechanical blade to automatically adjust for linen thickness during the first cross fold. This ensures accurate folding for items of all thicknesses, reducing jams and improving overall reliability.
Flexible Folding Options
One, two or four feeding lanes can be used depending on the size of the linen. The machine can perform one to three primary folds and up to three cross folds. This flexibility allows mixed loads to be processed efficiently.
Stacker System
Stackers can be added on the left or right side depending on workspace needs. Single or dual stackers automatically organize finished linen for easy collection. This optional feature increases productivity, reduces manual handling and keeps folded linen neat and ready for transport or storage.
Rotative Accumulator Module
The rotative accumulator is an optional module designed to automatically collect small pieces from up to 4 independent lanes, increasing capacity and autonomy. It tracks production per lane, rotates to the next empty bar when full and supports up to 900 pieces/hour per lane, providing higher productivity, full traceability and easy operator control.
