Precision Air Folding
An adjustable air jet system delivers precise primary and secondary folds for a wide range of linen sizes. It performs 1 fold (in half) or 2 folds (French or 1/3 type) and, combined with conveyor reversing and elastic belts, ensures high-quality cross folds while maintaining continuous production.
Ergonomic Feed Table
An independent, height-adjustable feeding table allows operators to load linens comfortably without disrupting production. Integrated conveyors let items feed continuously, while programmable stops between pieces ensure precise placement and folding. This design boosts efficiency, reduces strain, and maintains consistent workflow.
Multi-Category Stacking
Automatic sorting and stacking streamlines post-fold handling by classifying items into three distinct categories, with the option to expand to four using an additional stacker. A configurable discharge conveyor directs finished items left, right, back to the feed, or onto a transport conveyor, improving workflow efficiency and reducing manual handling.
Large Item Handling
Maximum piece size capability allows the system to handle large items up to 48 inches wide by 92.5 inches long. This capacity makes it ideal for folding oversized linens such as bath blankets, surgical packs, and large table linens, expanding processing flexibility without sacrificing folding quality or efficiency.
