The DRE accurately spreads and feeds a wide variety of items of different sizes and weights into a corresponding ironer. It handles anything that can be ironed, from the smallest napkin to the heaviest duvet, using automatic clip or manual feed. Operators rarely need to change programs. It can feed king and queen sheets together, handle duvets and fitted items with dedicated programs and process small pieces in a separate mode.
High-Speed Production
Productivity and quality are maximized with up to four loading stations and four server clamps. Each station can handle up to 350 pieces per hour and large-piece automatic feeding reaches up to 1,700 pieces per hour with two lanes. Wide clips, front-side brushes, precise linen centering, vacuum tables, counter compression belts, stretching conveyors and optional lighting ensure high-quality results and efficient linen handling.
