Batch Washer Technology
The TBS-50 Batch Washer boosts productivity for medium- and high-volume laundries. Because it has 5–12 programmable 110-lb modules, it adapts easily to your production needs. As part of the Continuous Batch Washing System, it works seamlessly with the SPR-50 Extraction Press, dryers and conveyors. As a result, your workflow becomes faster and more efficient.
Washroom Technology
GT- & ST-Series Dryers handle up to 300 lbs per load. With the ST-Series using Spirotilt-Girbau technology, drying and unloading become easier. Furthermore, steam, thermal fluid or gas models integrate with the Continuous Batch Washing System or run independently. In addition, optional vacuum loading increases efficiency.
Drying Technology
Girbau Industrial’s robust GT- & ST-Series Dryers unbind, condition and dry up to 300 pounds of laundered goods. ST-Series models are engineered with Spirotilt-Girbau technology, which optimizes drying and simplifies unloading, and are available in steam, thermal fluid and natural gas. They can be used in concert with the GI’s Continuous Batch Washing System or as stand-alone dryers. The stand-alone ST-Series and GT-Series models can be paired with front-load washers and offer optional vacuum loading.
Flatwork Technology
Flatwork Automation moves linens from the washer to a folded stack with speed and precision. First, feeders handle linens of various sizes and deliver them to ironers through 2–3 spreader stations. Then, folders provide up to 3 primary and 3 cross folds across lanes. Together, these features improve throughput and folding quality. In addition, the system reduces manual labor and ensures consistent results for every batch.
Drywork Technology
GI Drywork Folders deliver high efficiency and consistent, high-quality folds. For example, the compact FT-MAXI automatically classifies, folds, and stacks towels, washcloths, table linens, blankets, surgical packs and more, processing up to 900 pieces per hour into 3 categories (4 with the optional 4-stacker). Similarly, the FTB folds and stacks full-dry small pieces with air jet technology, also reaching 900 pieces per hour.
