Oshkosh, Wis. – Sept. 23, 2025 – Continental Laundry Solutions (Continental) experienced record leads and customer interaction at the recent Clean Show in Orlando, according to President Mike Floyd. The Continental booth not only showcased new equipment and automation solutions, it offered live equipment demonstrations and presentations – drawing hundreds of visitors from commercial on-premise laundries.
“During the show, we built on our ‘evolution’ theme – highlighting our products and the unique positioning of the company to guide and support the growth evolution of our products and customers,” said Floyd.
Several new products stole the show, including the 90- and 130-pound capacity GS-Series soft-mount washer-extractors with Genius Control and the CS60-70- and 85-95-pound capacity enhanced technology drying tumblers, with the plan to introduce four models manufactured in Oshkosh, Wis., by year-end.
- The GS-Series 90- and 130-pound capacity washers with Genius Control and 3.0 evolution enhancements offer sustained high extract speeds of 450 G-force in as little as 2 minutes for shorter drying times and improved throughput; GeniusWash Load Optimizer for intelligent adjustments of water and chemistry based on load type and capacity; firmware updates via WIFI; Favorites Library for storing programs; and Machine Editor for customizing the Genius Control touchscreen through Girbau’s Sapphire interface.
- The CS 60/70- and 85/95-Pound Capacity Dryers offer standard single-phase reversing and optional moisture sensing, along with sophisticated programming, quick drying and industry-best efficiency. CS-Series Dryers feature programmable moisture sensing, timed reversing, automatic cool-down, oven temperature, drum temperature, drum speed and reversing on/off sequence. Plus, a dual-temperature sensor at the airflow inlet and outlet creates a balanced dry and continuously monitors temperatures for total control over cooling speed.
Meanwhile, live demonstration of other flagship products – proven performers through the years – generated discussion and leads, including the Girbau Commercial Compact Pro 5-in-One Ironing System, which quickly feeds, dries, irons, folds and stacks bed and table linens at speeds up to 89 feet-per-minute.
“All of the products operated flawlessly,” said Floyd. “Once again, the Compact Pro showed off new performance features and was the hit of the show.”
Other demonstrations abounded, including one performed on a GS-Series Washer by Continental Vice President of Sales Joel Jorgensen. “We wanted to prove to any naysayers that our soft-mount GS-Series washer line would generate 450 G-force spin speeds in less than 2 minutes while handling a (22% of rated capacity) out-of-balance load and standing on a pallet,” he said. “It did exactly that!” See the demo here.
