Gear Drying: Getting You Back in Action Faster

The ExpressDry Gear Dryer and StationDry Cabinet Gear Dryer safely and efficiently dry bunker gear, special operations suits, helmets, gloves, boots, face masks and self-contained breathing apparatuses (SCBAs). They are NFPA compliant and can accommodate multiple sets of turnout and/or special ops gear simultaneously. As a result, gear is returned to service in hours rather than days. NFPA Compliant

Continental’s gear dryers  meet NFPA 1851 standards by drying gear safely under 105° F without direct heat.  In addition, the system maintains proper airflow and handles gear gently throughout the drying process. 

Rapid Drying Performance

The StationDry Gear Dryer dries up to six full sets of gear in about three hours, using high airflow and adjustable settings to minimize over-drying. Similarly, the ExpressDry Gear Dryer handles helmets, gloves and face masks. Together, these dryers handle specialized gear efficiently, reduce extended drying times and keep equipment ready for duty. 

Versatile Storage

Each StationDry unit includes removable hangers and shelves, allowing operators to customize storage for gear, hoses and accessories. As a result, airflow is optimized for faster drying. In addition, operators can adjust the interior layout to match their gear and organizational needs.
